10:45 Prepair lunch (or prepair earlyer -- Friday?) [have people get ready for river?]
12:00 Lunch (but try to be ready by 11:45 and ready people and pray and such)
12:30 Clean up from lunch and ready for river
1:00 leave for river
5:15 arrive camp
6:00 leave for bald rock
7:00 arrive bald rock

> freeze caprisuns so cold at bald rock
> add potato salad to bald rock (save on hotdog costs?)
> hand wash?
> garbage bags
> little table?
(Backpacks for drinks -- borrow 2 or 3 backbacking backpacks)

 Sunday -- Leave camp by 10am (so que up round 9:45) [some will pack up now]

 1 hour prepair pasta time for two big pots, 6 loafs and 25ppl.

Group prayer before events

Get both camps for 3 nights : $25-$30/pp (20-30 ppl) - Sunday no need to checkout nice, more cars nice, no neighbor issues

> prepay some nights cars? (Sabbath lunch most cars)

16 cars total for both camps -- there's a small carpool lot just at the camp entrance

 
Early August better, warmer chance and later sunset for bald rock.

Arrange for music sheets (hymns?) and music players.. who's got a bagpipe?

Encourage the aggresive to be conservative with climbing and such, extra careful rock creek is wild and natural dangers. Hights, Falling rock, trees, under water hazards.
