V-8 Juice Gravy

1/3 Cup Flower (pretty ones... no! I mean Flour)
1/3 Cup Oil
32oz V-8 Juice

Heat flower in frying pan.  Add oil... cook flour a bit... but don't brown.

Add V-8 Juice.. will thicken. 

Season with Tbs or so of onion powder.. and a Tsp or so of garlic powder.

Serving Ideas
Over fake chicken pattys with rice mozzella.

Add several Tbs of cumin and maybe some red pepper/hotsauce and use as enchalada sauce.
