A semi new car (5 years old) would cost $95/mo - $175 in depreciation.

Looks like around 8 years old cars really start to slow down on depreciation.. but then I'd assume maintenance costs go up.

Over 5 years a brand new $16,000 car would end up costing $650/mo.
