Learn Web Design Idea #1:  Under Construction

The Internet, the web and indeed most anything in our world was not made by perfect know-it-all geniuses... there is much room for understanding, growth and improvement.  The technologies built around the Internet are far from being complete.  Browsers and the language that describes the pages you see is in the process of being worked out by several independent groups and companies... So to work on the web is to be designing within a "working lab"... Things change thru time, things are different between different systems.. but ... things are getting better and perhaps changing less often.
