Pineapple (Fresh even better) - 1 can
Coconut Milk - 1 can
Curry Powder (generous) - 1 tbl spoon
Chili Hot Sauce (dried chili flakes) - 1 small tsp
Honey Roasted Peanuts - 1/3 cup
Potatoes - 3 med-small (peeled)
Carrots - 2 large carrots (peeled)
Tofu (Frozen) - 1/2 tub
Butter - large tbl spoon
Brown Sugar - 3-4 Tbls (or sugar or honey equv.)
Corn Starch - 1 Tbls (prepared in a bit of water)
McK's Chickenish Seasoning (salt comes from this) 1 Tbls
Fresh Pressed Garlic 4 cloves
LemonJuice 1 tsp
Salt - 1tsp? to taste
1-2 cups water  (should be thinner than gravy but thicker than soup)

Honey - sweetish

Salt - 3 tsps? (rice will delute water delutes)

Chickenish Seasoning?
Garlic
Cauliflower (Option)
Green Bell Pepper (Option)

Served over Jasmine Rice

Not too many chilli flakes. [1 teaspoon or less]

Two cans coconut milk

Keep chunks semi sparse.

Fresh basel leaves nice (cut and cooked in sauce)
